The Wafer Test Equipment Engineer (Tester & Prober) is responsible for maintaining and optimizing wafer test equipment, including ATE testers and probers, to ensure stable, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations.
This role focuses on equipment maintenance, performance monitoring, process optimization, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
