• Senior member of the team in front‑to‑end execution of fund finance transactions (including sub‑ion finance and NAV finance) in Asia Pacific (ex‑Japan)
• Conduct due diligence, prepare credit applications (including financial models) and manage approval and closing processes
• Lead the team on the preparation of RFP proposals, term sheets and other loan documentation
• Assist portfolio and support teams in ad hoc post‑closing matters
• Keep abreast of market trends and current events in fund finance and the broader industry
