THE OPPORTUNITY

The Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System (VES), for ChemTreat is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for embedding VES as a core cultural and operating advantage across the organization. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the L1 leadership team, this executive will drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement to accelerate operational excellence, commercial growth, productivity, and sustainable performance.

This leader will own the VES roadmap for ChemTreat — partnering closely with the President and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution through disciplined Policy Deployment, performance management, and capability building. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, ensuring VES is deeply integrated into how the business operates, makes decisions, and delivers results.
