Position Overview
The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG Enablement & Control stakeholders
Responsibilities - Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time and generate the desired business impact
- Apply strong organization skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance
- Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges deploying problem solving and analytical skills content knowledge and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
