Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in origination, structuring, and syndication of private credit and high-yield transactions, with a focus on mid-cap corporates across APAC. Responsibilities Origination & Client Coverage
Identify and originate financing opportunities in the private credit and high-yield markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-cap borrowers, private equity sponsors, private credit funds, and other market participants. Develop a consistent deal pipeline aligned with the bank's strategy and risk appetite.
