This leader will partner closely with executive leadership and the board to implement scalable, market-aligned total rewards programs, with a strong emphasis on compensation and pay-for-performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven change agent who can balance business needs with support function realities while navigating a highly tenured organization.
Responsibilities
ββ’ Lead the strategy, design and execution of the companyβs compensation, equity, and benefits programs to enhance the employee experience
ββ’ Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies
ββ’ Provide strategic oversight of executive compensation, including preparation for and participation in board level discussions
ββ’ Direct studies and analyses and engage resources such as external consultants, as needed, to develop and refine programs
