**Vice President, Strategy – Compliance Solutions Sales**

The VP, Strategy will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering the CoSo Sales transformation agenda. This role will drive a coordinated roadmap of initiatives focused on accelerating organic growth, improving operational efficiency, advancing talent programs, enabling digital capabilities, and evolving our overall business model.

Working closely with the SVP, Sales and the CoSo Sales Leadership Team, this leader will help transform how we go to market—bringing an experienced perspective and translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
