Responsibilities
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including regional managers, account executives, and technical sales personnel.
+ Set and execute the companyβs strategic sales vision, including forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year planning.
+ Develop and refine scalable sales processes, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and pipeline management best practices.
+ Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners in industrial/construction/heavy machinery sectors.
+ Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and customer needs.
