Position Overview The VP of Operations will be responsible for leading day‐to‐day manufacturing and operational activities across the business. This person will oversee multiple functional areas including production, engineering, supply chain, quality, inventory, logistics, scheduling, and warehouse operations across two buildings operating as one site. This is a highly visible and hands‐on leadership role reporting directly to the President/CEO. The company is seeking a practical operational leader capable of balancing strategic planning with day‐to‐day execution while helping build scalable operational infrastructure. The organization has experienced significant growth, and operational infrastructure has not kept pace with demand.
