Your job: own and lead compliance operations across Deriv Group’s global footprint—where regulatory frameworks conflict across 25+ jurisdictions, where crypto licensing requirements reshape markets monthly, and where compliance and legal teams need to work as one function to navigate ambiguous regulations.

You’ll drive compliance strategy for operations spanning investment services, payment services, and crypto assets. You make calls when regulations conflict, when business needs require creative compliance approaches, and when emerging frameworks don’t have established precedents. You work alongside legal teams to interpret regulations, structure solutions, and ensure compliance frameworks account for both regulatory and legal risk.
