Position Overview

This VP of Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries. 
The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company. 

Some other responsibilties include:
Guiding the dev team through shipping new features

Improving time spent on maintenance

Solidifying the existing architecture
