Job Description
- Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters
- Manage Board and Committee meetings, materials, and minutes
- Handle statutory filings, records, and secretarial documentation
- Assist with annual reports and general meeting processes
- Review disclosures, submissions, and Board papers for accuracy
- Support director appointments and governance documentation
- Maintain policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Liaise with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
- Provide guidance on corporate secretarial matters
