The Vice President, Marketing & Design is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Altium’s marketing, design, and innovation strategy to drive long-term, sustainable growth.

This role leads through the strategic use of technology and data—modern marketing platforms, analytics, automation, and digital design tools—to improve speed to market, strengthen brand execution, and scale innovation across marketing, product design, and packaging.

Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Manufacturing, the VP ensures tight cross-functional integration from concept through commercialization. The position also oversees Studio PKG—the creative and technical engine behind product design, intellectual property development, and market-forward innovation.
