Role Purpose:
VP-Head of Sales is responsible for leading multiple sales teams through Sales Managers to drive segment-level revenue growth, strategic account expansion, and long-term customer value.
This role focuses on defining and executing sales strategies across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities.
VP-Head of Sales provides direction and oversight to AVP-Head of Sales or any Account Directors, ensuring consistent execution of account plans, pipeline development, and performance management across teams.
In addition, the role requires strong engagement with senior customer stakeholders, guidance on complex sales opportunities, and oversight of forecasting and business performance.
