The **VP, Global Payroll** leads Synchrony’s global payroll delivery across the United States, Canada, India, and the Philippines. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while partnering closely with in-country payroll teams and vendors to drive consistent governance, process alignment, and continuous improvement.
