About the Role

ARC Group is seeking a proven capital markets originator to drive cross-border financing and strategic advisory opportunities across Asia and global markets.

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the role focuses on originating capital markets transactions (IPO, SPAC, RTO, private placements), with dedicated execution teams supporting transaction delivery.

High autonomy is expected, with direct responsibility for pipeline development, mandate conversion, and revenue generation.
