Summary

The Vice President of Construction and Development will be a key leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale ground-up property development projects from initial concept to completion. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of vertical construction across multiple developments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role will play a critical part in scaling construction operations, improving efficiencies, and managing relationships with development partners, contractors, and other internal stakeholders.
