General Description:
This position is responsible for financial management, profitability, capital management and solvency of Manulife International Limited to meet the growth objectives and goals within parameters monitored by all relevant local regulators.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and lead financial strategies:
• Expense and Budget Management
• New Business and Financial Plans and Forecasts
• Investment Management of General Funds
• Pricing oversight and associated Risk Management
• Capital Management 
• Tax 
• Reinsurance Management
• Actuarial Valuations and Control
• Par Fund Management 
• Overall risk management, including enterprise risk management and operational risk management
• Distribution payroll and administration

2. Preparation of required financial reports:
• Quarterly and annual reports (local RBC, CGAAP)
• Dynamic Solvency Testing and Stress Test Reports
