A leading investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Capital Structure Advisory team in London.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of strategic financing and capital structure decisions, advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalisations, liability management exercises and broader financing strategies.

The successful candidate will combine strong leveraged finance execution experience with the ability to provide strategic advice across the capital structure.

This role would suit an experienced leveraged finance professional looking to broaden their advisory exposure and play a more strategic role in helping clients navigate financing and capital structure decisions.
