**Location:** Orlando, FL 32806
**Dates:** July 6th 2026– November 6th 2026
**Pay Rate:** $15.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (lots of overtime as we get closer to the election)
**What You’ll Do:**


+ Process vote-by-mail (VBM) ballot request forms, including batching, imaging, and completing data entry in SOE (Supervisor of Elections) systems
+ Research and resolve data entry errors
+ Retrieve reports and maintain organized files within SOE systems
+ Verify vote-by-mail signatures and prepare ballots for mailing, including stuffing and mailing VBM ballots
+ Operate high-speed sorter equipment for incoming and outgoing mail
+ Lift and handle mail trays weighing up to 10 lbs
