About the Role 

As a Disability Program Assistant Volunteer, you will support DPV Health’s Centre-Based Disability Program in the Whittlesea LGA. This role involves assisting disability instructors in delivering engaging social and skill-building activities, both onsite and in the community. You will help participants achieve their NDIS goals while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will: 

• Assist staff in setting up and packing up program activities. 

• Support instructors in delivering a range of activities, including arts & crafts, music, movement, sports, beauty and hydrotherapy. 

• Encourage and assist participants in engaging with activities that promote skill development and social interaction.
