Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference? As our allotment lead, you will guide the development of the allotment at Lakeview allotments in Coventry, as well as hosting allotment visits and small events at the allotment. Horticulture therapy can be beneficial to improve both psychological health and physical health.

The benefits are astronomical! This is an ideal role for someone who wants to gain experience while supporting a local service to grow and develop its allotment programme. You will be led by the Coventry team and given an induction and training around our service to support you in your role.
