Position Overview
Role 1. Reports and follow-up - Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics.
- Work closely with across functions in TFG
- Vendor rebate and claim tracking
- Daily Sales Team Calendar and Meeting monitor
- Daily Sales Order Tracker and Red Flags
- Weekly sales achievement publishing to People Managers
- Weekly Stock and Aging achievement publishing
- Monthly Price List and Sales Promos (Focus / Aging / Vendor Program)
- Monthly Partner mailing of Product List
- coordinate with PM and Finance for Vendor claims Claims Aging POE / POC capture etc.
2. Sales Data and Analysis - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within performance reports.
- Analyze Volume Team Qtr HY and Annual KPIs to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
