Key Responsibilities - Instruction: Provide high-quality coaching in English to develop students ranging from beginners to advanced players.
- Skill Development: Teach mastery of techniques including service, footwork, receiving, and spiking.
- Game Strategy: Enable students to understand basic rules and apply game concepts such as defense and movement into space.
- Competition Prep: Prepare students for Tier, League, and National School Games (NSG) competitions.
- Values & Discipline: Impart sportsmanship, determination, resilience, and teamwork through group practices.
- Planning: Create developmental training plans specifically for P5 and P6 levels.
Requirements & Qualifications - Professional Certification: Must possess minimum SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory/Technical) or higher.
