Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VoIP (UC) to support a large mission-critical DIA program out of the Washington, DC area. *This role is fully on-site & requires Active TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities of the VoIP Engineer:

·Design and implement enterprise-grade UC solutions, including VoIP and cloud-based platforms

·Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Cisco UC systems (CUCM) and related infrastructure

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UC systems with broader IT and security environments

·Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to improve system reliability and user experience

Qualifications of the VoIP (UC) Engineer:

·5+ years of experience working in a UC environment specializing in Cisco Call Center Manager (CUCM)

·Experience with IAVA patches/patches to Cisco Call Manager

·IAT Level II Certification (Required)
