Position Overview
Project Management - Lead the design, build, and implementation of Tier-1 turnkey projects for public sector clients.
- Install, configure, test, and commission telecommunication and IT solutions, ensuring smooth transition from project handover to operations.
- Perform OS hardening and security compliance (e.g., CIS benchmarks, patch management, vulnerability remediation).
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, security hardening checklists and troubleshooting procedures.
Operations & Support - Provide 24/7 technical support (on a rotational or standby basis) for mission‑critical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across systems, networks, and firewalls.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) in line with security policies, ensuring vulnerabilities are remediated promptly.
