A client in the Greensboro, NC area is looking for a VoIP Engineer to join their team.
This is a patching‑first VoIP engineering role, not a traditional voice design position. The primary responsibility is researching, planning, coordinating, and executing patching and upgrades across Cisco‑based VoIP environments, while also supporting day‑to‑day voice operations as needed. This role operates in a highly change‑controlled, healthcare environment and focuses on execution rather than strategy or architecture.

The VoIP Engineer will spend most of their time researching upgrade paths and version compatibility across Cisco voice platforms, coordinating patching efforts across multiple interconnected systems, and executing patches and upgrades in production environments.
