Position Summary

The VoIP Technician provides support that consists of routine maintenance, testing, diagnostic fault isolation, problem resolution, activation of features and/or equipment, software configurations and general information on features or capabilities of equipment.

Individuals must be able to attain and maintain a valid U.S. Government security clearance (Secret) in order to be retained in the position.


Duties & Responsibilities


Includes but not limited to the following:

+ Knowledge of telecommunications industry services, solutions and trends.

+ Experience to administer, maintain, patch, upgrade, STIG, and program the Government furnished Avaya VoIP equipment while using policies and regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
