Must have:

• Cisco Video Endpoints, Cisco Webex cloud/Control Hub,Audio/Video design & Implementation
• Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager, ACME SBC ,CUBE, CME & CUE, UCCX Maintenance, support and upgrades

• Installation and configuration of Cisco phones and Route patterns, Translation Pattern, Hunt-group, CSS, Partitions, Bulk Creation, SNR, MVA(DISA)
• H323 / MGCP/SIP Gateways: Debugs (CCAPI & ISDN, CCSIP) reading on routers: 28XX / 38XX - 29XX / 39XX,Packet captures through Wire shark , RTMT
• Analysing, designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks.
• CUCM Migrations and configuration including 11.X CUCM/CUC 7.x to CUCM 9.x, 10.x, 11.x., deployment of Cisco UCS suite of applications including Jabber, Expressway,
• H323/ MGCP/ SIP/ CUBE implementation...
