We are seeking an experienced Voice Architect specializing in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑grade conversational voice solutions. This role will lead the architecture of voicebots, smart IVR systems, and virtual agents to enhance customer experience across retail, supply chain, and digital service environments.
