Detailed Overview The Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor (VRC), as a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides individualized employment services to a caseload of clients recovering from mental illness seeking competitive employment in an integrated community setting, in accordance with the Fidelity Scale for Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services and relevant legislation.
