Job Description
Reporting to the VMU Manager, the VMU Administrator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day coordination of workshop administration. They act as a key point of contact between technicians, suppliers, and customers, ensuring smooth processes, accurate invoicing, and excellent service.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: £27,560 per annum
Key responsibilities:
- Process invoices, investigate any issues and resolve invoice queries.
- Update trailer compliance with outstanding vehicles.
- Update all necessary trackers to ensure compliance.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders.
- Maintain and run reports to cross charge the customer.
- Schedule trailers and network planners.
- Liaise with the fleet to align service schedules.
