Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & time-to-market optimization
Responsible for all the Sell-out activities
Training REL/Mid-Market sellers for key customer, providing them with sales tools, sales guidance, seed program set up and market insights
Cooperation with marketing on brand development instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion; and On-line
Take the lead to ensure broad line up and product content set up in the online
Support Sales for accounts or be the sales lead where a breakthrough is needed
Co-ordinate Sell out campaign planning
RTM analyses -Consumer and SMB channel development, review Lenovo in house shares within Top Visual Resellers/Retailers, create action plans and execution to drive growth
Review Pricing & heat map check vs competition with 4P Team (prepared by EMEA)
