Purpose & Overview

The Visual Designer at Aerolab is a hands‑on, versatile designer with a strong emphasis on conceptualization, experimentation, and visual quality. They excel in building digital experiences, developing brand identities, and constructing robust design systems. They oversee visual decision‑making across projects, collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and developers, and find great excitement in crafting visual stories that make an impact. They are also fluent in generative AI tools, naturally weaving them into exploration, ideation, and production to push creative boundaries. Reports directly to the Head of Design and works alongside the Design team, Developers, and Project Managers.
