Senior Infrastructure Engineer Main Responsibilities:

●Operation, maintenance and troubleshoot Linux/Windows server, NW switch and Firewall

● User administrative work (account management, group management, etc.)

● Witnessing installation servers, NW devices by HW vendor at a datacentre near London

● Supporting users, troubleshooting issues and contacting to hardware/software vendor

● Document operational procedures, manual creation, user announcement and internal applications

● Project works along with providing implementation and testing, and creating the related resources such as script, document, parameter sheet and formulation of test plan
