Eligibility

• Bachelor s Degree preferably in Travel studies and/or Diploma/Equivalent in Travel & Tourism
• 1-4 years of work experience in VISA documentation and processing

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests about visa processes and documents required for the country of visit
• Verify the documents and advise guests about additional documents, if required
• Ready the files for submission and submit it at the Consulate/Embassy as per the timeline
• Monitor the status of every file and raise alert, if any
