The role owns both the current service landscape and the future transformation roadmap, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and user-centric delivery across enterprise virtual workspace services.

This leader is accountable for the present and future of the virtual workspace domain, including Citrix, virtual desktop and application delivery, Omnissa Horizon, and the strategic evolution toward Windows 365 Cloud PC.
