Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, including drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support attorneys and ensure compliance with bankruptcy laws and procedures.
• Maintain and organize case files using Clio or similar case management software in a remote setting.
• Coordinate with courts, trustees, and other parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions of all required documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, with specific expertise in bankruptcy.
• Proficiency in using Clio case management software or a comparable system.
