Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Perform data entry, document management, and file organization
- Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record notes
- Ensure smooth communication and follow‑ups across departments
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
