What You'll Be Doing - Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and inquiries.
- Proactively identify and prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach, events, and referrals, owning the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through OKX's product suite, VIP tier structure, fee benefits, and platform updates.
- Drive VIP upgrades and upsell relevant product configurations to grow revenue from your client base.
- Support revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting new high-value prospects.
