- Plan and direct video shoots, ensuring quality control of visuals, audio, and lighting on set.
- Operate and manage high-end production gear including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting systems.
- Edit videos with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, motion, and sound design.
- Provide creative direction on post-production elements including graphics, transitions, music, and color grading.
- Mentor junior editors or freelancers and oversee outsourced projects to maintain consistency and quality.
