About The Role

We're looking for someone who doesn't just know the tools but actually knows what makes an eCommerce video convert. This is a production role, not a prompt‑typing role. You'll own the quality of every AI video we produce and be responsible for raising the bar across the board.

• Produce high-quality AI-generated videos across three formats — UGC-style creator content, product explainers, and animated ad creatives
• Write prompts, build scene structures, and direct AI tools to output video that looks native and converts
