With a constant influx of footage captured by guests, trip leaders, and photographers around the world, you will transform raw content into a steady stream of polished, engaging stories that inspire audiences and strengthen brand affinity. This is a hands-on editing role focused on crafting high-quality short- and mid-form videos optimized for social media, web, YouTube and paid channels—ensuring every piece reflects the Backroads brand and resonates with our audience. This is not a field-based role; all work centers on post-production and editing rather than traveling to capture footage.
