Operational & System Monitoring

• Implement and manage daily dialler campaigns aligned with business strategy
• Optimise dialler settings to maximise call centre productivity and KPI performance
• Perform system audits and analyse dialler functionality
• Drive continuous improvements in system efficiency, reporting, and processes
