Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company across 23 countries, is looking for a Vici Dialer Administrator to be responsible for managing and optimizing the Vici Dial system used in a debt collection or call center environment.
Key Responsibilities Combine Dialler administration, campaign management and reporting Manage inbound/outbound dialler campaigns on Vici dial Upload and maintain debtor/customer calling lists Monitor real time call centre performance and agent productivity Optimize dialling strategies to improve contact rates, talk time, promise to pay rates, collections recovery and manage campaigns, call ques, dispositions and campaigns. Generate daily, weekly, monthly performance reports Analyse campaign and agent statistics Work closely with Collections managers, IT and operations teams.
