Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking an exceptional person to join the leadership team following the promotion of the current Vice Principal. The successful candidate will bring leadership skills, strategic vision and sound management to enhance the College and support its future development.

We are seeking someone with the ability, strategic vision and strength of purpose to work alongside the College Principal in shaping the next stage of the College’s development, with the ambition and professional potential to progress to the role of Principal. You will have significant management experience gained in a College (or secondary school, with a large sixth form), with a track record of effective quality improvement, interventions and challenging underperformance.
