Job Summary As a Vice-Principal, you will be a key member of the schools management team, working closely with the Principal in establishing a culture of holistic care and providing positive learning experience for the students and fostering a culture of learning and teaching, collaboration and innovation among your staff.
Job Responsibilities Your key responsibilities include working with and supporting the Principal in the following areas:
Curriculum and Instructional Excellence
Lead in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all educational programmes of the school. This includes school-based curriculum, syllabus construction and patterns of assessment, and provision of teaching aids to meet the needs of the different student profile.
Lead in the implementation of innovative pedagogical and assessment methods to enhance students learning.
