Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject is required. A postgraduate qualification in Education or Educational Leadership (such as PGDE, PGCE, Diploma, or Master’s degree), along with coursework in educational and/or organizational leadership, is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in curriculum implementation, assessment oversight, staff performance management, and coaching teachers to improve classroom practice is required.
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.0.
Must meet ADEK staff eligibility requirements for leadership positions and be eligible for or holding a valid UAE teaching and/or educational leadership license, or demonstrate the ability to obtain such eligibility in accordance with ADEK timelines.
