Business Overview:
The Group Legal N.A., Global Markets team provides transactional, structural, advisory and documentation support for BNPP's Global Market businesses in North and Latin America and Canada, including with respect to Equity Derivative, Strategic Equity/Corporate Derivatives, Fund Financing, QIS, ISDA master agreements and other derivative products and trading documentation.
