As the **Vice President of Transplant Services** , you will serve as the executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, clinical integration, quality outcomes and financial performance of the hospital’s transplant enterprise. You will oversee the established **Heart and Kidney Transplant programs** while spearheading the design, regulatory approval, and launch of **new solid organ programs** (e.g., Liver, Lung, or Pancreas). You will also lead the Advanced Heart Failure service, including the clinic services and outreach program.
